We look to build long term relationships with our customers and provide as best a service possible by understanding their requirements. From experience, this is best achieved by having customers visit us and register in person. This provides them an opportunity to see the different lines that we are able to supply.

Sales Service Types
Purchasing in person
As a trade supplier, purchases have to be done in box quantities. Customers are able to come in, browse and place their orders. During busy periods and for larger orders, customers may be asked to return to collect orders (subject to a deposit payment) . MIN ORDER VALUE £500 EXC VAT
TRADE & WHOLESALE
Trade and Wholesale orders are generally accepted by fax or email. MIN ORDER VALUE £500 EXC VAT.
EXPORT
We specialise in Import and Export Distribution and are major suppliers to Europe and countries worlwide including Americas, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
New Customers
New customers are required to visit us and register in person on placing their first order.
New customers may be asked to pay an upfront, non refundable deposit ( usually £50 ). The paid deposit will be discounted off the total on full payment of goods.
Products & Pricings
Our prices are based per dozen (12 units) .
Pricings are subject to change at any time in line with manufacturer and/or other influences.

PricING & Payment terms
Goods are only released once full payment has been cleared.
We do NOT open accounts of any kind or provide any credit facilities.
We do NOT accept cheques.
Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards are accepted.
Shipping, Carriage and Freight
MAINLAIND
We can ship pallets at £35 + VAT. Customers are able to arrange their own shipper if desired.
INTERNATIONAL
Pallets are shipped out on a weight basis. Customers are responsible for all freight/shipping charges. |
